We operate as an authorized reseller of Keenon® and Pudu Robotics® service robots, and provide AI-powered missed-call text-back and SMS automation services to Canadian businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our website (www.innovoserve.com) and all associated services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit a contact or inquiry form on our website
• Request a product demonstration or site assessment
• Register for a service pilot or subscription
• Communicate with us by phone, email, or SMS
• Provide consent to receive text messages (SMS)

This information may include: full name, business name and address, email address, telephone number (including mobile number for SMS), province/city, service interests, and any details you provide in free-text fields.

• Providing services: To deploy, configure, train, and support robot automation and AI SMS services at your property.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)

4.1 Consent Requirement

We will only send SMS / text messages to you if you have provided express prior consent. Consent is obtained through:

• An unchecked opt-in checkbox on our contact form (which you must actively check)
• A verbal opt-in recorded during a phone call (with a confirmation SMS sent to verify)
• A written opt-in for The Brain AI service subscribers

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from InnovoServe.

4.2 Types of SMS Messages We Send

Once you have consented, we may send the following categories of SMS:

• Inquiry follow-up and demo scheduling confirmations
• Appointment reminders and rescheduling notifications
• Robot deployment updates and service notifications
• The Brain AI missed-call text-back responses (on behalf of businesses using our service)
• Important service and account updates
• Optional: promotional information about new products or services (with separate consent)

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services you have engaged. For The Brain AI text-back service, messages are triggered by missed calls and may occur multiple times per day depending on call volume. For general business communications, we typically send no more than 4 messages per month.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. InnovoServe does not charge separately for SMS messages.

4.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages.
• Emailing info@innovoserve.com with your mobile number and opt-out request.
• Calling (705) 716-9867 during business hours.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services or communicate with us by other means.

4.6 How to Get Help

4.7 No Sharing of SMS Consent Data

We will not sell, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used solely for delivering the messages you consented to receive.

4.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and terms of service.

5. CASL — Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation

5.1 Express and Implied Consent

We rely on the following bases to send commercial electronic messages:

• Express consent: You have actively opted in to receive messages from us (e.g., checked an opt-in box on our form or verbally confirmed consent).
• Implied consent: You have an existing business relationship with us (e.g., as a current customer or recent inquiry within the past 24 months), and your electronic address was conspicuously published or provided to us in the context of that relationship, and you have not opted out.

5.2 Identification

All commercial electronic messages sent by InnovoServe will identify us clearly, including our business name, mailing address, and a contact mechanism (phone or email).

5.3 Unsubscribe Mechanism

Every commercial electronic message we send will contain a clear and accessible mechanism to unsubscribe. We will honour all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by CASL.

5.4 Record Keeping

We maintain records of all consents obtained, including the date, method, and scope of consent, for a minimum of 3 years following the end of the consent period.

6. PIPEDA — Your Rights Under Canadian Privacy Law

InnovoServe Technologies is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), S.C. 2000, c. 5, for personal information collected, used, or disclosed in the course of commercial activities.

7. Sharing of Personal Information

• Robot manufacturers: Keenon Robotics and Pudu Robotics may receive limited operational data necessary to support warranty claims or technical issues, subject to their privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of InnovoServe, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
• With your consent: Any other sharing requires your prior express consent.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Analyze website traffic and usage patterns (via tools such as Google Analytics)

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

10. Data Security

InnovoServe Technologies is based in Canada. Some of our service providers may process or store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
